The Transfer Master Story In the late 1980's we discovered that home care beds were ugly, too high (designed primarily for caregivers such as nurses and attendants) and outrageously uncomfortable. These beds were depressing and created barriers to the independence of many of their users. In the early 1990's we released our patented first model, the Original Transfer Master.
