10-Day Mattress Exchange Policy. If you buy a mattress from us, and you do not like it, and wish to change the mattress firmness, we will charge you a 10-Day/$75 per mattress exchange. These charges will cover all shipping charges to and from the customer, and there will be no other charges for open merchandise.
